PM Skerrit warns on free movement

PM Skerrit has sent a warning to CARICOM leaders on the topic of free movement of Caribbean people. He said they must now go back on the gains made over the 20 years of CARICOM. He was speaking after Antigua & Barbados governments took steps to curb free movement.
