LIAT, travellers to be compensated

Government will compensate LIAT after chaos was brought to air-traffic coming to Dominica due to the visit of Hugo Chavez on Saturday. PM Skerrit apologised to the public, saying government spoke to LIAT, saying any charges incurred by LIAT would be covered. He said 'it's part of how it is'.
